N.O.S.E. Notebook was built on a simple observation: the world has more fragrances than ever, and the discovery process has never been worse.

The premise

Walk into any department store and the recommendation algorithm is the same one that has run since the 1960s — what's stocked, what's promoted, what the person behind the counter learned to sell. Online, it's barely different: the algorithm shows you what other people bought, not what you would wear.

Fragrance is the most personal thing you put on your body. The category deserves better than collaborative filtering.

The system

N.O.S.E. Notebook is a curator first and an app second. Three intelligences work together: a vision system that reads any bottle and recalls its pyramid; a learning system that builds a private model of your scent identity from every interaction; and a recommendation system that composes suggestions the way a master perfumer would — with reasoning, with restraint, and with the occasional wild card.

We treat your olfactory profile like the intimate thing it is. It stays private. It is never sold. You can export or delete it at any time.

The team

N.O.S.E. Notebook is built by Agility Automations, a small studio designing AI products for categories where taste matters. We make this product for the wearer who already knows what "good enough" is, and refuses it.
